2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeeDance, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Scope

SeeDance is a digital AI workflow service. It provides generation tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video), task orchestration, account features, and credit-based consumption.

SeeDance integrates third-party model providers and adds its own workflow, asset, and production layer.

4. Independent Product Notice

SeeDance is an independent third-party product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance or the official Seedance team.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Accurate registration information.
• Securing your credentials.
• Activity under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. User Content and Rights

You are responsible for your inputs, prompts, reference assets, and outputs.

You retain rights to lawful content to the extent allowed by applicable law and third-party provider terms. You grant us a limited license to process submitted content for operating, securing, and improving the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate law or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code or attempt system abuse.
• Circumvent safety, usage, or billing controls.
• Use unauthorized likenesses, copyrighted characters, or protected logos.

8. Payments, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance. Unless canceled, subscriptions auto-renew for the selected period.

• Billing checkout is processed by Creem as Merchant of Record.
• You can cancel from Billing Settings > Cancel subscription.
• Cancellation prevents future renewal and keeps access until the current paid period ends.

9. Credits and Expiration

Credits are usage-based and deducted when tasks are submitted. Credit validity follows plan terms (for example monthly vs yearly validity windows).

Unused credits do not carry over after expiration unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Refund Handling

Refund handling follows our Refund Policy.

Failed generation refunds (when supported) return credits to your account and are not cash refunds.

11. Third-Party Services

Service availability and behavior can depend on third-party providers (model APIs, storage, analytics, auth, and payment providers). Their outages or policy changes may affect functionality.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud risk, legal risk, or security risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeDance and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Process

Unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law:

1. Parties first attempt informal resolution by email within 30 days.
2. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to the courts of the operator's principal place of business.
3. Governing law is the law applicable in that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated versions are effective when posted.
