Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines allowed and prohibited behavior on SeeDance.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Upload or generate illegal content.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Use unauthorized celebrity likenesses, copyrighted characters, or protected logos.
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, abusive, or exploitative content.
• Bypass safety controls, usage limits, or billing controls.
• Abuse infrastructure (automation attacks, scraping abuse, malware, prompt injection attacks).

3. Commercial Use Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights for:

• Input assets (images, videos, music, voices, logos)
• Prompt instructions
• Distribution and publishing channels

Commercial use is allowed only when compliant with applicable law and third-party rights.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend features, or terminate accounts for violations.

Repeat violators may be permanently banned.

Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities when legally required.
